DR. MARC BEDNARZ

Marc studied Chemistry in the University of Hamburg. His PhD Thesis (published 2002) in the Mercedes Benz Group was on Reaction- and Degradation Mechanisms of Fuel Cells and Electolyzers
He has own hands-on R&D- and production experience in all currently relevant electrolyzer technologies: Alkaline, PEM & SOEC; from PhD thesis to senior leadership roles in industry, research institutions and startups
Marc was based in Hong Kong for five years, heading the Green Tech Solutions Team for Munich Reinsurance Company. He led the Technology part in the development of long-term Performance Warranty Insurances for Battery- and Electrolyzer systems – auditing Manufacturers globally within Technology Due Diligences
At CWP Global, the worldwide largest renewable PtX Developer, he has been in charge of the Hydrogen & Derivatives team. Feasibility / Pre-FEED Studies, technology selection for the electrolyzer and downstream chemical plants for projects in Mauretania, Angola and Australia were part of his responsibility
In his spare time Marc enjoys traveling, kayaking and cooking

Frank holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from RWTH Aachen University with a specialization in organic chemistry.
Between 1993 and 2025, he held various senior management positions at international medium-sized companies and large conglomerates in the chemical, chemical engineering and renewable industries (DuPont, Alantum, ACWA Power, Mannesmann MMEC, CWP Global).
At the beginning of his career, he concentrated on marketing and sales, key account management, and plant management. He subsequently assumed leadership roles in both Asia and globally, overseeing significant business units. His five-year tenure in China further solidified his strong network in Asia.
In addition, he has professional experience working in the Middle East, where he managed projects and provided financial support for large-scale chemical infrastructure projects. In addition to his deep understanding of chemical processes, his main areas of focus include business strategies, market entry and distribution strategies as well as localization projects.
His areas of focus include the chemical industry, chemical engineering, and renewable energies.
Muhammad Eusha

Eusha is a process engineer with more than10 years of experience in mathematical modelling and simulation of chemical, thermochemical and electrochemical systems. He has also served in a large pharmaceutical company, being responsible for designing production facilities, HVAC systems, selecting, installing and troubleshooting machinery, validating and implementing GMP protocols.
He later joined TTZ Bremerhaven, a northern-German research institute participating in numerous national and international research projects such as SOCRATCES, principally in the field of renewable energy.
At CWP Global, his endeavours included development of a detailed digital-twin on Python integrating into it condensed simulation results from UniSim, working on ultra-large scale P2X projects worldwide.
Eusha is highly proficient in advanced CAE tools [Aspen, UniSim, MATLAB, Python, AutoCAD, Inventor, Fluent etc.] and generally known for taking on tough challenges.
An amateur linguist and an avid researcher of turbulence, Eusha also enjoys Indian and Western classical music and writing.

She is an experienced Project Development Leader with extensive expertise in leading the feasibility and packaging of technical, commercial, financial, and regulatory aspects. Proficient in contract negotiation and dispute resolution, with a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector. Instrumental in developing key national energy policies, including Renewable Energy Grid Codes and National Integrated Resource Plans
The professional experience of Margaret incudes MCS Partner and Senior Consultant, Namibia Power Corporation (NamPower), NUST Head of Department and Senior Lecture, Development of giga-scale green hydrogen projects in the CWP pipeline – broad experience in the mining, public and energy sector
Margaret is committed to sustainable development and providing strategic guidance on investment fund boards to finance critical infrastructure projects.

He has 30 years Industrial Engineering and Project experience in Europe and Asia (China, Malaysia, Turkey, Vietnam) with extensive network to supply chain partners
Leading and Expert roles at Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions, PetroVietnam Engineering, ILF Consulting and Dorsch Consulting
In that time Phu has been appointed – amongst other functions – as Project Direcor for a Refinery in Quingdao, Multiphase pipelines in Thailand, Oil&Gas projects at PetroVietnam and a ThyssenKrupp Ammonium Nitrate plant in Vietnam
Before being appointed as Managing Partner of H2 Global Technical Services Co. Ltd, Phu headed the Business Development activities of ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions in Vietnam. The current role in H2 Global TS gives COHYBA access to competitive Engineering and Procurement capacity to ensure cost optimization
His areas of focus are currently still on the chemical industry, automotive supply industry as well as areas of renewable energies.


Gunnar Wittig

Gunnar began his career in Munich, training in lithography and photography. After completing extended military service, he collaborated with FOGRA in his training company to develop the industry standard for standardized image digitization in prepress workflows.
He then founded the „New Media“ department, which he managed as a spin-off for over five years. To further enhance his visual expertise, Gunnar joined „Das Werk“ in 1999 as Head of Visual Effects. There, he worked on the post-production of the series „Starhunter“ and numerous German and international feature films, including the Oscar-winning „The Pianist.“
Later Gunnar founded Picture Front GmbH & Co. KG, initially serving as a visual effects consultant and producer for hundreds of commercials. Since then, Gunnar has focused on transferring this know-how to the B2B sector, combining it with innovative strategic approaches. Frequency, relevance, and quality are the pillars guiding his communication with investors, boards, and plant engineers.
